Since 1989, The Finishing Touch has offered the finest quality costume equestrian jewelry.  95% of their products are designed in Kentucky; with outsourcing of model making, casting, polishing, and plating to Rhode Island, which was once the costume jewelry capital of the world.  Rhode Islanders have been designing, casting, soldering, plating, and stoning jewelry since the early 20th century.  Final touches (such as stones, painting, chains on necklaces, etc.) are added to each piece by Kentucky artisans.  The designs are lead free and made with the horse-lover in mind.
