In 1933 Georges-Alidor Boulet, who had previously worked for a men’s shoe factory, established “G.A Boulet Inc.” in the town of St-Tite, QC., Canada.  Today Boulet Inc., the first company to produce cowboy boots in Canada, specializes 100% in Goodyear Welt construction.
