Apple Saddlery 5 Year Tree Guarantee Apart from any manufacturer’s warranty, Apple Saddlery guarantees the trees in all *new saddles for 5 years from the date of purchase, and all used saddles for one year from the date of purchase. If the tree should fail in normal use within the above periods, Apple Saddlery will replace the tree or the entire saddle. If there is any delay in making the replacement, Apple Saddlery will happily provide a saddle on loan without charge. This guarantee is limited to the replacement undertaking as stated above, and any claim must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and a completed guarantee card (which is provided with every saddle). This guarantee rests with the saddle and is transferable to new owners as long as accompanied by the original purchase receipt and the guarantee card. *Classic economy saddles one year only. All Saddles Sold On Trial When you buy a saddle from our regular stock, you are never committed until you try the saddle and decide you want to keep it. Trades Welcome We are always happy to receive trades of good used saddles and equipment. You’ll save the values of the trade-in merchandise as well as the applicable taxes on that amount. And you are never committed to the new saddle or other products unless the trade meets your approval. We are also happy to receive any good, sound saddles for sale on consignment.
