Apple Saddlery has a satisfaction guaranteed policy that applies to everything we sell. If you buy something at our store and it does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us for a full refund on the purchase price. If you don’t have a receipt, you can still return the product for an exchange or store credit.
We understand that it’s not always easy to get here, so there is absolutely no time limit for returns.

All saddles are sold on a 10 day trial because at Apple Saddlery we know that a saddle simply has to fit. The 10 days begins when you get the saddle home and ends when (if) you put it in the mail to ship it back to us. Our goal is for you to actually ride in the saddle for 10 days to ensure that it is comfortable for both you and your horse. If at any point during the 10 days you realize that the saddle does not fit or is causing discomfort, simply return it in the same condition it went out in for a full refund.
