How long will it take to get my online order?

Typically, we will ship out in-stock items on orders within 1 business day of receiving your order. Once picked up by the courier, it can take anywhere between 1-8 business days to reach you depending on where in Canada you are. The closer you are to Ottawa, the faster you will get it. For questions regarding backordered items, or tracking information, please contact us. Please note, tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate once your order has been proccessed.

If I have to ship it back, do I pay shipping?

In the rare event we have shipped you the wrong product or it is defective, we will be more than happy to pay for the shipping back to us. If however the product is being returned or exchanged due to improper fit, or the customer simply no longer want sthe product, the shipping needs to be paid by the customer.

What if I buy something now, and it goes on sale later?

We always make our policies with the best customer service in mind. That is why we will always refund you the difference if you see a product on sale at a lower price then you have previously paid. That goes for online and in-store as well.

How long do I have for a return?

We offer a No-Time Limit Guarantee on every single product we sell. That's a full refund on all products in new condition, with proof of purchase, or a store-credit or exchange without one, with no time-limits ever.

Do you price match?

Of course! If you see an advertised price on a product from another Canadian retailer, we will match it for any in-stock items that identically match, including colour and size! *Auction sites, wholesalers, and outside-Canada retailers, online or otherwise will not be matched.

Do you sell apples?

Nope. We unfotunately do not sell apples, only apple flavoured horse snacks.

Can you repair my iPhone?
