The flexible panel can be wrapped around a fence post 8' or greater in diameter or mounted in multiples on a stable wall to allow horses to safely scratch without worry of potential injury. The unique surface design stands up to the most determined nibblers, and its durable polyethylene contains a UV stabilizer which means it won’t crack or rot in seasonal weather.
